Lead creative direction and visual storytelling strategy for Netflix titles, talent and brand across APAC. Oversee cross-functional teams and partners to deliver powerful, culturally relevant content.
• Lead and inspire Netflix creative teams across the APAC region, including Japan, Korea, India,
Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.
• Drive the visual storytelling strategy for original series, films, and brand campaigns across key art, photography, and video content that amplifies titles and talent.
• Partner with regional marketing, publicity, product and communications teams to develop integrated
campaigns that connect with local audiences and drive global impact.
• Ensure a high standard of visual excelencee and brand consistency across al markets while
championing local creativity and cultural nuance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align creative output with business objectives and
maximize pertormance across all touchpoints.
• Drive innovation in content creation, production workflows, and emerging technologies to elevate
storytelling and strengthen Netflix's cultural leadership ni APAC
